Alright, let’s talk returns. I’m pretty proud of my work—every console, every mod, and every little fix gets the full Retro Hero treatment. To show how serious I am, I throw in a 3-month warranty on all hardware and mods. That’s right, if anything goes sideways within 90 days, you can swap it out or get store credit, easy-peasy. Not thrilled with your purchase? Return it within 90 days for a refund on the item (sorry, shipping’s a one-way street).
One thing, though: I can’t work magic on stuff I didn’t modify. So, if it’s a cable or an optical laser issue, I’ll do my best to offer guidance, but don’t expect me to bring a random, unmodded item back to life. That’s where I draw the line.
What Happens if Something Goes Wrong?
- Repair: If I can fix it, I will, and I’ll cover the cost of return shipping. No sweat.
- Replacement: If I can’t fix it, I’ll swap it out for a working one and still cover the shipping back to you.
- Refund: If neither of those is an option, you’ll get a full refund *plus* a reimbursement for the return shipping. Because fair is fair.
What’s Covered? Let’s Break It Down
- NOT Covered: You bought a disc game, scratched it into oblivion, and now it won’t play. Oops.
- NOT Covered: You bought a PS3, opened it up like it was a science experiment, and now it’s toast.
- IS Covered: You bought a Game Boy, it arrived looking fine, but it’s not turning on. Now we’re talking.
- NOT Covered: Your new PS2 stops reading discs on Day 91. The clock has run out, my friend.
If I spot any signs of neglect, tampering, or if the item doesn’t match the original one I sold, I’ll have to send it back to you without a refund.
