What type of paint do I use on my customs?

Paint Used

• My go to spray paint is Krylon Fusion. I also use other similar all in one paint and primer brands depending on the project.

Surface Prep

• Lightly sand the surface to improve paint adhesion. Clean the surface by washing it, then wipe it down with IPA.

Painting Method

• Apply several thin coats rather than one heavy coat.
• Allow each coat to fully dry before applying the next.
• This helps maintain a smooth finish and prevents drips.

Finishing

• Seal the paint with a matte or satin clear coat for protection.
• Gloss finishes are avoided since they tend to show fingerprints.

This process produces a clean, durable, and professional looking finish.
