🛠️ 90-Day Hardware & Mod Warranty

I offer a 90-day limited warranty covering both the hardware and any installed modifications. If something goes wrong related to the core system and/or my work within the first 90 days, I’ll fix it, replace it, or refund it – depending on the situation.


✅ What IS Covered:

  • Modchip-Related Issues If the installed modchip (e.g., PicoBoot, Aladdin, etc.) fails, behaves unpredictably, or stops functioning – you’re covered. I’ll repair or replace the mod at no charge.
  • CFW Problems (e.g. PS Vita, PS3, 3DS) If the system fails to boot, has file corruption, or experiences HENkaku/CFW issues not caused by tampering, I’ll get it back in shape.
  • Ports, Display, Buttons, or Board-Level Failures If a button stops responding, the HDMI port fails, or the system won’t power on – that’s on me!
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) If your console doesn’t work out of the box, I’ll sort it out.

❌ What’s NOT Covered:

  • User-Tampering or DIY Repairs If you open the console, reflash the firmware, or swap out components and something goes wrong, the warranty is void.
  • HDD/SD Card/USB Drive Failures Storage devices are consumables – I do test and format them before shipping, but I can’t guarantee long-term life. I’ll try to help recover data, but I will not offer free drive replacements.
  • Disc Drive Wear Drives may have been cleaned and restored, but they are still mechanical parts. Wear over time, especially from burned discs or poor-quality media, is outside warranty.
  • Damage After Delivery Drops, spills, electrical damage, or misuse after delivery aren’t covered.
  • Software Deletions or Mod Removal If you remove files, reformat the SD card, or uninstall any mods – reinstallation may not be covered. I can help recover it, but that falls under paid service.
  • Issues After 90 Days If a system fails on Day 91, unfortunately, the warranty has expired.

🔁 If Something Goes Wrong:

  1. Repair – If it’s fixable and under warranty, I’ll repair it and pay for return shipping.
  2. Replacement – If not repairable, you’ll receive a working replacement with return shipping covered.
  3. Refund – If I can’t repair or replace, you’ll get a full refund plus reimbursement for your return shipping.

⚠️ Returns & Refund Terms:

  • Return shipping is paid upfront by you.
  • If I determine the return is covered, I’ll reimburse your return shipping fee.
  • If you simply changed your mind or the issue is out of warranty, a 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping will not be reimbursed.
  • Returned items must match the serial number and condition they were sent in.

🚫 AS-IS Sales:

Any item marked AS-IS is final sale. These are typically untested, for parts, or sold with known defects. No warranty, no returns on these.


📦 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order is damaged in transit or incorrect, notify me within 72 hours of delivery. I’ll investigate and resolve it quickly – whether that’s sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
