This rare Blue Pikachu Edition N64 has been fully restored and brought back to life with care and attention to detail. The original shell had heavy yellowing, so I retrobrited it and redyed the blue finish to make it look as close to new as possible. It’s been deep-cleaned inside and out and had all of its capacitors replaced for improved stability and long-term reliability.
What’s Been Done:
- Shell Restoration: Severe yellowing has been reversed with Retrobrite treatment and a custom blue dye reapplication.
- Deep Internal Cleaning: Fully disassembled and cleaned for dust-free performance.
- Capacitor Replacement: Every capacitor has been replaced with high-quality modern equivalents.
- Region-Free Cartridge Tray: Play both U.S. and Japanese N64 cartridges with no modifications required.
