   Disappointed with 2TB External Hard Drive**

   I purchased a 2TB external hard drive and am quite frustrated. With only a few games totaling around 900GB, I question why I paid extra for this capacity when there are lower-capacity options available.

   Additionally, my interactions with customer service have been unhelpful and unprofessional. This experience isn’t my first, but it will likely be my last.

     I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I received my Wii modded console with a 2TB external hard drive, but to my surprise, the hard drive only has 953 GB of games on it. Why did I pay for 2TB when I could have gotten a 1TB drive for less money? This doesn’t seem fair!

     To clarify, I sell plug-and-play storage drives – not drives that are completely filled to capacity with games. The content you received on your 2TB drive was a carefully curated selection from my own personal collection, chosen to give most gamers a solid, enjoyable, and plentiful starting point with room to grow.

     Also, the idea behind using a 2TB drive isn’t just about what’s already on it – it’s about giving you the flexibility to expand your library, save data, and install additional content over time without needing to upgrade your physical storage down the line.

     That said, I completely understand if expectations were different, and I apologize if this wasn’t made completely clear upfront. I’m happy to work with you on a solution – whether it’s a return option or help expanding your setup.

     However, I must express my disappointment regarding the lack of information on your website about the options you explained. I noticed that customers are given choices ranging from 500GB to 2TB, but this was not clearly communicated.

     The options you proposed are not suitable for me. For the first option, I find it completely inadequate. Regarding the second option, could you clarify how we can proceed? Will you be sending me another 2TB hard drive preloaded (Full) with Wii and GameCube games?

     To clarify, the Wii listing specifically states that it comes with “Plug and Play” storage loaded with “emulators” and essential “homebrew” (see image). At no point does it mention storage packed full of games. The FAQ section also explains that I don’t install specific games due to legal and ethical reasons.

     I’m also pretty sure I set up your gold PS2 drive in a similar fashion, keeping things consistent across all systems. The amount of game content you received with either console was simply me being generous and trying to offer extra value – not something that’s advertised or guaranteed.

     Because of those reasons, I won’t be sending out another 2TB external drive. However, if you’d like to return the drive and source your own storage with more content, you’re welcome to do so. I can offer a \$100 refund or \$125 store credit once the original drive is returned – whichever works best for you.
