I upgraded this Japanese Sega Dreamcast with a sleek smoke/clear black shell. Plus, I upgraded the battery holder and swapped out the power LED for a cool slow cycling RGB LED.
I swapped out all the capacitors on the optical board to extend the lifespan of the disc drive.
The disc drive works great and it plays Japan/NTSC-J Dreamcast games perfectly.
Included is a matching “Millennium 2000” smoke black controller (model: HKT-7700). The controller is in excellent condition and functions flawlessly.
