Refurbishment & Modding Process

Each Dreamcast goes through a thorough refurbishment process to ensure it runs like new. The console is deep cleaned inside and out to remove dust and debris, and all internal components are inspected. New power supply capacitors are installed to improve stability and extend the system’s lifespan. The system’s clock battery is also replaced with an upgraded holder, so you won’t have to reset the date and time every time you unplug the console.

The GDemu Advantage

The GDemu mod completely replaces the aging disc drive with an SD card-based loading system, eliminating the common issue of disc drive failure. With GDemu, games load faster, the system runs quieter, and there’s no risk of scratched or unreadable discs. A 3D-printed mount (choice of black or white) is included to keep the GDemu securely in place, ensuring a clean and stable setup.

Condition
