How do I return an item for repair or refund?

Simple! From the Orders page, click “Return” to get started. Just complete the form and send it back to the mailing address provided.

• To avoid any mix-ups, kindly include a note with your RMA number inside the package.
• Also, don’t forget to share the tracking number you receive so I can keep an eye on the delivery status.
